My name is Lindsay 

Hi, I’m Lindsay – mom of 4 and the heart behind Moms Thrive Fitness.

My passion for fitness began 18 years ago after the birth of my first child, and it’s grown with every stage of motherhood. I know how easy it is for moms to lose themselves in the chaos of daily life – and how powerful it feels to reclaim your strength, confidence, and health. That’s why I created this space: to help other moms feel strong, supported, and more like themselves again –one workout at a time.
